So, I have tried three times now to upload something here, and I keep getting the "X" in place of the image, so something is not going through.
So if you guys want to see what I was going to post here, head over to my FA (note that one of the two is NSFW, of which a SFW version was supposed to be posted here, but that obviously is not going to happen any time soon).
I suspect either a site-based issue I am not aware of (not likely) or my computer's connectivity issues are beginning to get in the way of this, too (more likely) which means that is getting worse by the day. FML

Now for the rant.

So, my mother and I recently started renting a home in a pretty cool place, but our "all is well" attitude was quickly shattered as problems with the ancient abode have popped up from every source imaginable.
We have problems like uneven flooring, (slightly less) poor insulation (than the last place), and, perhaps worst of all, mold.
And what does the landlord do about it?
Nothing.
What does he say about it?
Nothing.
How much does he pay to fix anything?
As little as humanly possible.
It seems Mr. Chintzy McCheapskate is more interested in saving a few bucks in the now than saving a fortune in the long-run. Kind of like a lot of big-heads. COUGHthegovernmentCOUGH
And to make matters worse? His wife.
THE. BIGGEST. BITCH. EVER.
This witch is such a condescending piece of shit, it is unreal. I reserve the "c" word for only the worst offenders, and this prize takes the cake. (Not yet said it to her, but at this rate it is all but inevitable; my patience only stretches so far)
Luckily we do not have to speak to these two pricks often, but if they wonder why they cannot keep any tenants for longer than a couple months, I suggest they look in a mirror.
Nobody in their right mind would pay this much rent to live in a place this bad with landlords this bad. Not for any longer than it took to find a new place. And believe me, we are looking. I would much sooner cut off my right hand than submit to life like this. Not nearly as bad as life with my father and his cronies, but still pretty damn bad
So, while the living situation seems to be falling apart (by which I mean the house, which was never intended to be a long-term dwelling and never properly outfitted to become such a home COUGHillegalplumbingCOUGH) at least I have been making progress on things that matter to me. Exercise and getting back into the real world in general. One day, at this rate, I am quite sure things will be positive, but for now I need to keep on it to make it happen.

So anyways. Two more weeks left in April for me to log in on. And then I have to return my full attention to the world around me. _{Although I could just leave early, it is not like many people talk to me lately anyway.}

Side note: I got Metroid Prime for my birthday, and played that for the first time since my brother stole it in years. Managed to 100% it in 6.5 hours, same as my old time. I still got it. 8D
